Batch-assembly big salad
Type: Main meal — lighter (assembly only) · Typical slot: Weeknight dinner after a hard session · Time: 10 min (all components pre-cooked) · Lunch-friendly: yes (keep dressing separate) · Batch: relies on batched components
The canonical “weeknight after a hard session” dinner — zero cooking, just assembly from the Sunday/Monday batch. Designed for G’s Tuesday post-run dinner where you want volume, recovery carbs, and protein without standing at a stove.
